Are you Bilingual? Are you currently looking for work in the Leeds area? Do you have experience working with pupils for who English is an additional language?
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Bilingual Teaching Assistants required for EAL students in Leeds to work with class teachers to assist them in supporting bilingual learners in raising attainment and social integration.
Bilingual Teaching Assistant - The Role:
- Provide interpretation for pupils and other ethnic minority parents as appropriate
- Work with a small group of EAL pupils on topics specified by the teacher, speaking English as necessary
- Carry out assessments and keep record of the student's progress, providing feedback to parents and teachers
- Show initiative and enthusiasm and follow staff expectations

Teaching Personnel
