The Role
- Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (Perfect work-life balance ✅)
- Pay: £14.25 per hour
- Days: Monday to Friday – NO weekends!
- Locations: Schools across Swansea & West Wales
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils in the classroom, help deliver engaging learning, and make a real impact on student development.
What We’re Looking For
To work as a Teaching Assistant in Wales, you should have:
✔ A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching & Learning, or equivalent)
✔ Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
✔ A passion for education and supporting learners of all abilities
✔ Registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) or willing to register
✔ Enhanced DBS certificate (or willing to obtain one)
✔ A driving licence is desirable but not essential
