Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a brand-new secondary school located just outside Corby, which opened its doors in September 2023. The school is currently in its early stages of development, serving students in Years 7 to 10 and will expand year on year to a full capacity of 1500 students, including a sixth form of 300. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to shaping the culture, values and systems of a new school community from the ground up.
We are seeking to appoint a motivated, friendly, and independent Administrative Assistant to provide vital support across a range of school activities. The successful candidate will primarily assist with trips, after-school sessions, sporting fixtures, and events, contributing to the smooth running of the school’s extracurricular offer.
While experience with school systems such as Bromcom and/or Evolve would be advantageous, it is not essential. What’s more important is a proactive attitude, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a commitment to ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office presence.

Opportunity to work in a newly opened, purpose-built school

Role with potential for career progression within a multi-academy trust
-
Access to a wide support network and professional development via the Trust
