SEN Teaching Assistant - Redruth

Do you have previous experience working in an SEN setting and are looking for work?

Would you like to make a difference to students with Emotional and Behavioural Needs?

The school is looking for a full time SEN Teaching Assistant, to start May 2017 and work up to the end of the academic year in July 2017.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting students in a one-to-one or group environment, with a vast knowledge of the curriculum to GCSE level.

* An understanding of students differing learning styles and the flexibility to adapt to accommodate this.

* Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and an understanding of how all children learn best.

Requirements:

* Experience with 1:1 support and SEN/Behavioural difficulties.

* TA Level 2/3 qualified (preferred but not essential).
