Teaching Personnel are working with a school based in East Birmingham who are looking for a Teaching Assistant with one of the following skills and experience.
Job Duties:
- Provide academic support to students in various subjects
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation
- Help students develop study skills and habits
- Monitor and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers to implement educational programmes
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Education or related field, Teaching Assistant Qualification
Experience:
Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of academic subjects, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with students of varying abilities, Knowledge of educational techniques and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in specific academic subjects, Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Academic Mentor, Training in special education needs
Working Conditions:
Work in a school environment, Full-time hours, Long-term temporary position

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
