Job Title: 1:1 Tutor - Qualified

Location:

 Leicestershire, Leicester

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

1. Provide tailored educational support to students on a one-to-one basis

2. Develop individualised lesson plans based on student needs and learning styles

3. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

5. Collaborate with other educators to ensure a comprehensive learning experience

Required Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

2. Experience in delivering personalised tutoring sessions

3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Ability to motivate and engage students effectively

3. Strong organisational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate qualification in Education

2. Specialisation in a specific subject area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
