Job Title: Qualified Tutor - Core Subjects
Location:
Leicestershire, Leicester
Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality tutoring in core subjects to students.
- Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in tutoring core subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of tutoring experience in core subjects.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the national curriculum.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
