TP Tutors is growing in Poole and is seeking compassionate SEN Tutors to deliver bespoke, one-to-one tuition. This is an ideal role for individuals who want to support learners with additional needs in a flexible and rewarding setting.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Working Hours: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you’ll provide tailored learning experiences that meet each student where they are, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence.

  • Deliver personalised sessions designed around individual learning styles
  • Support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, and social/emotional challenges
  • Foster a safe and engaging learning environment
  • Track progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
  • Work in home or community-based settings

About You

  • Background in education, care, or youth work is beneficial
  • Comfortable teaching English, maths, or science at core levels
  • Local to the area or able to commute
  • Positive, proactive, and empathetic approach
  • Committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
