TP Tutors is looking for passionate SEN Tutors to join our growing team in Poole. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, personalised education to learners with additional needs in a supportive and flexible environment.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (full-time and part-time roles available)

About the Role

You will provide tailored, one-to-one tuition that supports learners who benefit from a more individualised approach. Your work will help students regain confidence and make meaningful academic progress.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging and structured tuition sessions
  • Support learners with needs including ASC, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build strong, consistent relationships with students
  • Encourage engagement, independence, and resilience
  • Deliver sessions in home or community-based settings

About You

  • Background in education, tutoring, or youth support
  • Confident delivering core curriculum subjects
  • Based in Poole or able to travel locally
  • Reliable, patient, and adaptable
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and best practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
