The Role

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will:

• Deliver personalised lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs

• Support learners in building confidence and improving academic performance

• Identify strengths and areas for development to guide progress

• Use engaging and creative methods to simplify complex topics

• Provide regular feedback to parents, carers, and schools

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in tutoring or secondary education

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, Science, or ESOL

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage learners

• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach

• A degree in Education or a relevant subject (preferred but not essential)
