GCSE Tutor – DE21 Derby

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and committed GCSE Tutor to support students in the DE21 area of Derby. You will deliver focused, individualised tuition to help learners improve their understanding and achieve success in their GCSE exams.


Duties

  • Deliver 1:1 or small group GCSE tuition
  • Support learners in Maths, English, or specialist subjects
  • Plan and adapt sessions to individual needs
  • Prepare students for exams and assessments
  • Monitor progress and support achievement

Requirements

  • Experience tutoring or teaching GCSE-level learners
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Good communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
