Inspire Progress – SEN Tutors Required in Dorchester

Some students need a different path to reach their potential. With the right guidance, they can thrive.

TP Tutors is looking for motivated SEN Tutors in Dorchester to provide one-to-one support for learners who benefit from a personalised, flexible approach to education.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time or full-time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions
  • Support students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning preferences
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and a positive attitude to learning
  • Provide sessions in home or community settings

About You

  • Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices
  • Ability to travel locally within Dorchester

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
