TP Tutors is recruiting SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to provide tailored, one-to-one support for students who thrive outside of traditional classroom settings.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time positions available

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured, engaging tuition tailored to individual needs
  • Support learners with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Help students build confidence, resilience, and independent learning skills
  • Adjust lesson plans to match different learning styles and abilities
  • Conduct sessions in home or local community settings

About You

  • Background in supporting children or young people (education or care)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm, patient, and adaptable mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Bournemouth and nearby locations
  • Good awareness of safeguarding and child protection

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
