TP Tutors is seeking dedicated Specialist SEN Tutors to provide tailored one-to-one support for children and young people across Bournemouth and surrounding communities. If you have a passion for helping learners with additional needs thrive academically and personally, this flexible opportunity could be the perfect fit.

Location: Bournemouth and nearby areas
Role Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Delivery: Individual tuition sessions

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised learning support that meets individual needs
  • Design engaging lessons that promote academic growth and confidence
  • Support learners in overcoming barriers to education
  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches where necessary
  • Foster a safe, encouraging, and positive learning environment

We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs
  • Background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or education support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach
  • Knowledge of safeguarding principles and responsibilities
  • Ability to travel within Bournemouth and surrounding locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
