Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a 1-1 basis with pupils with behaviour needs. This includes pupils with ADHD, Autism, SEMH (Social, emotional and mental health) and pupils who have been excluded from mainstream school.

You will be working as a 1-1 Teaching Assistant, supporting the pupils with their work and setting expectations for behaviour. You will be working outside of the school setting, usually at a library or learning zone and will need to transport the pupil to the setting so must have a car.

To be successful in this role, you must be resilient and confident working with challenging behaviour. Experience working in a school isn't necessary if you have other relevant experience e.g. youth work, sports coaching, mental health support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
