We are looking for a caring, confident and a strong communicator to support SEN pupils in our fantastic Primary schools. Our schools requires a 1:1 SEN teaching assistants for September, who have experience working and helping children with Autism.
The role is full time Mon-Fri term time only, 08:30 - 15:30.
What is required from you?
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs such as; Autism, emotional difficulties, behavioural difficulties or learning difficulties.
- Effective strategies to promote positive behaviour.
- Strong understanding of how to support children with Autism.
- Understanding of lesson plans to help support the teacher.
- Level 2-3 Diploma in Childcare and Education/Supporting Teaching or a relevant subject.
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
