1:1 Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants to work with pupils providing 1:1 support.

We are looking to employ motivated, caring and patient individuals; who have a genuine passion for helping children to grow both on a personal level and within their journey through education. The successful candidate will be pro-active with excellent organisational skills; with the ability to empathise with each child's needs.

The ideal applicant will have worked with children with the following:

• Social, emotional and mental health challenges
• Challenging Behaviour
• Autism
• ADHD

We will also consider applicants who have worked with children out of a school environment, who have experience in roles similar to below:

• 1:1 Support worker
• Mental Health Assistant
• Children’s psychologist
• Youth Worker
• Foster Carer

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
