1:1 TA

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and positive candidates who are looking to work in education settings supporting children and young people with challenging behaviours. These roles are full time, working 8:30-3:30, 5 days a week. We need people who are committed to supporting children and young people and want to support their education and Social, Emotional, Mental Health.

The children and young people are not currently in mainstream education and need additional support both on and off site doing different learning based activities. They have timetables specifically suited to meet their needs and requirements. This requires the candidate to be able to drive with access to their own vehicle.

Having relevant experience with a minimum of 2 years of working in an educational setting is required when applying for this role. Additionally you must have A levels or equivalent at grade C or above.

The roles are to start as soon as possible so if you have a DBS in child workforce only and it is on the Update Service then we can process your documents faster. However if you do not have a DBS then we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
