(EYFS) Reception Teacher for school in Thamesmead

Teaching Personnel work with a large number of primary schools in the Borough of Greenwich and are looking to recruit an EYFS enthusiast who is dedicated to educating and supporting the development of young pupils. If you are a fully qualified teacher looking to find flexible work, we have a role as a Reception Teacher at a school in Thamesmead.

The client is a lovely school two-form entry school rated 'Outstanding' by OFSTED in 2017. The school is filled with bright and energetic students and is looking for a teacher to start in September. There are often opportunities to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate if that is something you would like to progress into.

Trials and Interviews are to take place after half-term!

Candidate requirement:

  • Experience working with Key stage 1 or EYFS
  • Ability to work with a wide range of students
  • Proactively safeguarding children
  • Ability to deliver fun and engaging lessons that also challenge and develop learning
  • Be committed to the schools objectives and ethos
  • A detailed understanding of the UK EYFS curriculum
  • Holder of a DBS that is on the Update Service. (Or willing to apply for a new one)
  • Available 4/5 Days Each Week

Qualifications and Skills

  • UK Level 3 QTS, PGCE, NQT and Overseas Trained teachers are welcomed.
  • Relevant degree
  • Excellent Behaviour Management
  • Possible wage negotiation for teacher fully qualified applicant.
  • Phonics trained
