  • Full-time Youth Worker.

  • Support pupils with challenging behaviour who are at risk of exclusion.
  • Large secondary school in Oldham
  • Earning GBP1200 a month (paid weekly).

A large secondary school located in Oldham are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and passionate member of support staff to work with a group of identified pupils aged 11 to 16 who struggle to engage in lessons. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the areas of youth work, support work or challenging behaviour.

The incoming youth worker will join a dedicated team of support staff and receive a full induction to ensure they have the correct knowledge about identified pupils’ learning and development. The school is a new build with modern learning facilities. This will be a truly rewarding opportunity for the incoming Youth Worker who is dedicated to ensuring pupils reach their full potential, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds.
