Youth Worker required for flexible temporary work, supporting pupils within secondary schools in Oldham and the surrounding area.
- Full time and part time hours available on a flexible working basis as a Youth Worker
- Opportunity to work in a number of secondary schools in Oldham as you support young people on a 1:1 and group basis
- Paid a competitive wage dependent on experience and responsibilities

Do you have experience working with disadvantaged/challenging young people?
Could you make a difference to students lives through your help and support?
We are looking for an inspirational Youth worker to support the schools most challenging students on a long-term basis starting at the soonest convenience. For this Youth Worker role you must have at least 1 years' experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not have to be within the classroom setting. To be a successful Worker you must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise, must be able to diffuse situations calmly and effectively and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes.
