Learning Support Assistants are required to re-engage young people at behavioral needs school in Tooting, SW London

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a learning support assistant with experience in engaging disaffected children with low self-esteem who may suffer with some anxiety and/or anger management challenges. Your role will focus on providing the schools with an additional layer of supportive behaviour management. You will ideally have a background in working with young people or adults with challenging behaviour and have worked in educational or health and care settings.

You will be working either on a one-to-one basis or with small groups based on the pupils identified as needing support in this area.
