- Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with ALN and trauma.
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive environment for learning.
- Work alongside our dedicated staff to implement bespoke learning plans.
- Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help them develop coping skills.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (support available if needed).
- EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration – we’ll guide you through the process if you’re not yet registered.
- Two recent references from employers or relevant roles.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Professional Development: TeamTeach, Cover Supervisor, and Thrive training available during half-term breaks.
- Rewarding Environment: Work in a supportive, caring team dedicated to helping children succeed.
- Make a Difference: Be part of a provision that truly prioritises the wellbeing and growth of every child.
If you’re ready to start 2026 making a positive impact, we want to hear from you! Join us and be a key part of helping young people thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
