The specification:
You will be an experienced fully qualified teacher or ex senior leader that has strong knowledge and experience of raising attainment. You will be able to provide examples of specific achievements you have made with individual or groups of pupils. You will be able to plan and deliver focused lessons in Numeracy and Literacy supporting gaps in attainment. You will be able to work effectively within a team of professionals to track progress and therefore improve pupil attainment in selected pupils based on their ability.
The client:
A large school in Leicester with excellent senior management and support available to staff. The school meets national floor standards in attainment, has a average percentage of SEN and EAL pupils, and excellent support in place for underachieving pupils or those that fall into the attainment gap.
Teaching Personnel:
Teaching personnel are dedicated to providing school with quality candidates. We expect all registered staff to provide a 6 year career history and references from their most recent employer. A DBS will be required that is registered to the update service - assistance can be provided with this.
