Salary: £125–£150 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Exeter from September 2026. Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT, or looking for a better work-life balance, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Follow school plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and supported throughout the school day.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel.
