The school are looking for a candidate who has good levels of experience working in Primary schools, and is passionate about child development. Previous experience supporting students with SEN or challenging situations within a school is preferred as the school has a higher percentage of students with SEMH, autism and MLD and will need someone who can really support children in the class with these additional needs. Candidates must also be adaptable and pro-active to fit into the schools ethos.
