Year 5 Teacher

-          Full-time role

-          Covering a long-term sickness

-          Faith School in Burnley

Experience necessary

A faith Primary School in Burnley is looking to secure a year 5 teacher to cover a long-term sickness. The role will commence as soon as possible and will run until at least the end of Marchm possibly longer dependent upon situation. Experience delivering the National Curriculum & evidence of excellent Primary School classroom practice references is essential. There are currently a large number of children learning remotely so the appointed practitioner but also be confident in delivering virtual material.The Head teacher is keen to consider CV’s as soon as possible and is hoping to interview experienced candidates who have previously provided intervention support and effectively addressed gaps in learning.

To be successful:

-          You must hold Qualified Teacher Status

-          You must have previous experience of working in KS2

-          You must have a track record of raising attainment in KS2

-          You must be able to evidence good behaviour management techniques

-          You must be confident in supporting virtual learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
