About the role
-KS2 Teacher required for a 28 pupil strong Year 5/6 class
-September start, long term role until Xmas covering a sickness
-Monday to Friday 830-1530
-Pay rate starts at the Welsh Government Framework value of £166 per day
-Weekly pay every Friday
About the schools
-Large Primary based in Barry with a caring and friendly atmosphere felt right throughout the School
-Excellent transport links by bus / train and access to free parking
-2 working TA’s with you in the classroom to help deliver the Curriculum for Wales
-Some children do have mild ALN but are taught inclusively within the Year 5/6 class.

About you
-You will need to be a Primary Teacher with QTS (induction can be incomplete)
-You will also need to be fully registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
-To be put forward for this role, you would need to undergo a 30-minute face to face registration with Teaching Personnel which would include reference and DBS checks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
