Year 4 Teacher required for “OUTSTANDING” school in Manchester.

  • Salary (ÂŁ22,023 – ÂŁ37,496)
  • Work with a strong supportive Head teacher
  • Opportunity for school based contract

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client school in East Manchester, M11. The school is looking to recruit a Year 4 Teacher full time from September. The position is to start ASAP initially as long term supply post with a view to a school based contract after Easter.

“We are looking to recruit a year 4 Teacher with strong behaviour management and curriculum knowledge. Any potential Year 4 Teacher’s who have used a creative curriculum previously will be at an advantage.” –School Head Teacher

- Salary (£22,023 – £37,496)

- Work with a strong supportive Head teacher

- 1 form entry “Outstanding” primary school

A mixed 3-11 1 form entry primary school with just over 250 pupils on roll from the local area. With the average class size is 28 children this school was last graded as “Outstanding” overall by Ofsted. There are high numbers of pupils with EAL in the school however “pupils with EAL make the same outstanding progress as any other pupils”. This is a school where “the quality of teaching is outstanding and has improved since the previous inspection. Adults have very strong relationships with their pupils and challenge them relentlessly so that they reach and in many cases exceed their targets”.

The incoming Year 4 Teacher will be at a school where the pupil’s behaviour is consistently outstanding and they take great pride in this and their achievements . The Head teacher is “inspirational” and is supported by other leaders throughout the school as a result teaching and pupil progress is good.
