Key Stage 2 Teacher required in Hull

  • Excellent pay and CPD opportunities

Are you an experienced Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher, specifically Year 4 teacher who strives for pupils to make progress? If you are looking for a post starting after the October half term through till July and can commute to Hull to teach the Year 4 class then this may be the right opportunity for you.

Our client school in East Hull requires cover for a maternity leave starting in September for a Year 4 Teacher this is on a full time basis.

The School:

There are around 310 children in the school and they have 12 classes from Nursery to Year 6. Every classroom has a Teacher and Teaching Assistant; there is also additional classroom and admin support staff who all contribute to the positive ethos within the school.

The Primary School is a busy, friendly and popular school with a warm and welcoming ethos which is recognised by all who visit. The Staff, Parents and Governors of the school all work together to try to provide the best for the families that it serves and they want their children to enjoy their time and education with us and to achieve the highest possible standards in all aspects of their lives.

The school prides their selves on providing a learning environment where children grow and develop in safe and supportive surroundings becoming ‘Creative thinkers and lifelong learners’. All of the children are known, valued and respected as individuals who leave school ready for the next stage in their education with life skills which prepare them for their future.

EYFS Teachers wishing to apply should have the following;

• QTS – NQT/FQT apply

• Key Stage 2 experience

• Knowledge of the national curriculum
