Job Title: Year 4 Teacher

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Year 4 students
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where needed
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding students' progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for education and supporting students' development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
