Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Old Trafford to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2026.

The Role

As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that support pupils' academic and personal development while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to support attainment and achievement
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Manage behaviour effectively and promote high expectations
• Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Has a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about helping children reach their full potential
