Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Wythenshawe to recruit an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a full-time position starting in October 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment, helping pupils to develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning while achieving their academic goals.
The Role
As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members
- Contribute to the school's positive ethos and commitment to excellence
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
✅ Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Has excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
✅ Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils
✅ Can effectively differentiate lessons to support a range of abilities
✅ Has strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Is committed to creating an engaging and inspiring learning experience
