The Role

As the successful Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports all pupils
• Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
• Contribute to the school's positive culture and commitment to excellence

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a teacher who has:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✅ Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4

✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

✅ A creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning

✅ Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum

✅ The ability to differentiate lessons to support a range of learning needs

✅ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

✅ Confidence using technology to enhance teaching and learning
