Year 3 Teacher needed in LS17

Role

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Fully Qualified or Newly Qualified Teacher for a full-time teaching post starting after the October half-term (beginning of November). The school is located in LS17 just a 15 minute drive away from the Leeds City Centre. Public transport route are also easily accessible to the school. The school are looking for a Teacher who is available full-time and is open to delivering extra-curricular activites. 

Ideal candidate

The school are looking for a Teacher who is:

• Fully qualified or Newly qualified teacher who has previous teaching experience in Lower KS2 (Year 3)
• Available full-time and looking for a permanent position 
• Available after October half-term 
• Available to interview in the next 3 weeks

School

The school received ‘Good’ at its last Ofsted in 2018 and last year received above 75% in the SATs across the entire school. Numeracy is a subject which KS2 struggle with and the school are looking for a teacher who is confident in delivering numeracy to Year 3 pupils who may also be working at a KS1 level. The school have roughly 385 pupils on roll and have a small amount of SEN pupils KS2.
