Pay:

• Learning Support Assistants: £13.75 per hour

• Teachers: MPS/UPS (£32,916 – £51,048)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Multiple roles available – permanent, temporary, and supply placements

About the Roles

Teaching Personnel are working with SEND schools and specialist provisions in Dibden and the surrounding New Forest area to recruit qualified Teachers and Learning Support Assistants.

We currently have several vacancies with immediate starts available for candidates who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs. 

Role Responsibilities

Teachers

• Deliver engaging, SEND-focused lessons tailored to individual pupil needs

• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress

• Work closely with LSAs, SENCOs, and the wider school team

• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities

• Provide support for pupils with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs

• Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teachers 

• Experienced LSAs 

• Individuals who hold an enhanced child-only DBS (or are willing to obtain one)
