This is a fantastic opportunity for a permanent post at a new Opportunity Resource Base reaching out to children with Autism, that is part of a mainstream school in Croydon, very close to public transport links. They are a welcoming school with a committed staff team and strong, supportive leadership at the innovative ASD base. They have a permanent teaching position from January, where they are looking for a primary teacher with recent experience teaching children with Autism in a specialist provision or mainstream setting. You will be joining an enthusiastic and dedicated team and you will be required to provide motivating and appropriate learning opportunities for the children. They make use of PECs, Makaton and TEAM teach. Each class has approximately 6 learners and 2 TA's. At the moment the year group to be taught is still to be decided, so candidates should be flexible to teach any year group. Send a personal statement & CV's to the details below.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
