Year 1 Teacher

Role: Year 1 Teacher

Start: Immediate/September

Schedule: Full Time

Location: Prescot (L34)

Pay Rate: £125 – £232.56 per day (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

-          Deliver engaging lessons in line with Year 1 curriculum

-          Note development and be able to identify to those who need extra support

-          Work closely with SLT, TAs and SENCO accordingly.

-          Create a calm and warming approach to the classroom

The ideal candidate:

-          QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

-          Recent experience teaching in KS1 age group in a UK Primary setting

-          Strong knowledge of curriculum (including phonics, maths and reading & writing)

-          Enhanced DBS on the update system

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
