Welsh-Speaking Qualified Teachers – £170 per Day
Location: Caerphilly
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time & Flexible Options Available
Pay: £170 per day
Are you a fluent Welsh speaker in your final year of a teaching degree or planning to start a PGCE? Want to gain hands-on classroom experience before achieving QTS?
Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic Welsh-speaking individuals to step into rewarding roles as teachers across Welsh-medium schools in South Wales, more specifically Caerphilly . You’ll support pupils, deliver engaging pre-planned lessons, and build essential classroom skills — all while earning £170 per day.
What the Role Involves:
- Teaching pre-planned lessons in primary or secondary schools
- Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and care
- Supporting pupils’ learning and development
- Gaining experience in both mainstream and SEN settings
- Building strong relationships with students and staff
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Welsh speakers (essential)
- Final-year education students or PGCE applicants
- Confident, proactive communicators with leadership potential
- Passionate about supporting young learners and gaining teaching experience
- Willing to travel locally within South Wales

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
