These settings work with pupils who have additional learning, social, and behavioural needs and require strong, reliable adults who can provide structure, consistency, and positive influence every day.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your presence truly matters.

The Role

• Support pupils with complex academic and emotional needs

• Reinforce structured behaviour and learning plans

• Assist with classroom tasks including literacy and numeracy

• Manage challenging behaviour with calm authority

• Help maintain a safe, focused learning environment

• Act as a dependable role model

Driving Essential
