Unqualified Learning Support Assistant
Location: Caerphilly, South Wales
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Term-Time Only
Start Date: September start until the end of the academic year (July 2026)

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in education, learning support, or youth work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and caring attitude
- Willingness to complete all required training modules
- Ability to commute to Caerphilly
- Willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS and register with the EWC (we’ll guide you through it)
- Two professional references

- Prevent Duty: Safeguarding Against Radicalisation
- Autism Awareness & Inclusive Strategies
