The school is known for its supportive approach to both students and staff
You’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact on pupils who really benefit from a consistent, encouraging presence

What we’re looking for:

  • No formal qualifications are required, though experience with children or in a similar role is preferred - Whether you’ve worked in education before or have experience in youth work, care, coaching, residential care or behaviour support
  • Someone who’s patient, adaptable, and positive
  • Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour (in or out of school settings)
  • Passion for supporting children with SEN and a positive attitude.
  • A team player who’s confident supporting in a busy classroom

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (We’ll help you apply).

  • Two references from previous employers or relevant roles.
