Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience
Location:

Job Type:
Temporary, Part-Time hours
Salary:
£20 - £30 per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop and implement individualised education plans for students
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEN setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and SEN strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
- Work may be conducted in a classroom or one-on-one setting
- Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
