Teaching Personnel have a large requirement for tutors for looked after children aged 7-16 who are out of school. This tuition takes place in Wirral and so I require tutors who can work in this area. Tuition may required for a number of reasons such as a child relocating and not yet in a new school, a child struggling to work in mainstream schools, exclusions or safeguarding reasons. Most often tutors are needed for maths and English and on occasion science. Tutors required need to be able to tutor from very basic skills up to GCSE and run engaging sessions. It would be advantageous for tutors to have experience of working with vulnerable pupils with engagement difficulties and social, emotional, mental health difficulties.
Most tuition sessions are two hours per day, 5 days per week however we are able to secure you up to three separate sessions per day. Pay will be GBP20-GBP30 p/h.
