We’re looking for passionate qualified teachers and experienced tutors to join our mission—working 1:1 with pupils outside of mainstream settings, helping them reconnect with learning and rebuild confidence.

Who You’ll Support:

You’ll be working with children and young people who face a range of challenges, such as:

  • Looked After Children in care settings
  • Pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Excluded children or those awaiting school placements
  • Children managing anxiety or poor mental health
  • EAL/ESOL learners
  • Primary and Secondary aged pupils

These young people need not just a tutor—but a consistent, caring adult who believes in their potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver personalised, in-person tuition sessions at times that work for you and the student
  • Liaise directly with carers or parents to arrange lessons
  • Assess learning needs and build a tailored scheme of work
  • Track and report progress via our easy-to-use LEAP platform
  • Access ongoing support and CPD through our TP Tutors Academy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
