We’re looking for passionate qualified teachers and experienced tutors to join our mission—working 1:1 with pupils outside of mainstream settings, helping them reconnect with learning and rebuild confidence.
Who You’ll Support:
You’ll be working with children and young people who face a range of challenges, such as:
- Looked After Children in care settings
- Pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Excluded children or those awaiting school placements
- Children managing anxiety or poor mental health
- EAL/ESOL learners
- Primary and Secondary aged pupils
These young people need not just a tutor—but a consistent, caring adult who believes in their potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver personalised, in-person tuition sessions at times that work for you and the student
- Liaise directly with carers or parents to arrange lessons
- Assess learning needs and build a tailored scheme of work
- Track and report progress via our easy-to-use LEAP platform
- Access ongoing support and CPD through our TP Tutors Academy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
