We’re looking for a qualified teacher with SEN experience who wants to make a real difference to learners in and around Hull. You might already work in mainstream or alternative provision, or you may have moved into tutoring — either way, you know how important 1:1 and small group support is for children with additional needs.

Why Hull?
Hull is a city with real heart — and real need. With a proud working-class identity, thriving community spirit, and ongoing investment in schools, there’s a growing call for tutors who can meet learners where they are and help them move forward. Whether you're based in the city centre or in surrounding areas like Beverley and Hessle, your support could make all the difference.

We’re supporting schools and services to provide tailored interventions for young people with EHCPs, SEMH needs, autism, ADHD and more. You’ll be working flexibly, with timetables that fit around your life — and most importantly, you’ll be teaching with impact.

Why this role?
✔️ Real flexibility – school-time hours, no evenings
✔️ Personalised tuition – focus on one learner at a time
✔️ Supportive team who listen and respond
✔️ Ongoing placements and development
