Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Home & School Settings
Location: Daventry Area
Hours: Flexible – During School Hours
Pay: Competitive Rates (Depending on Experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Daventry area within home and school settings during school hours. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students who require additional academic support outside of mainstream classroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to individual student needs
Plan engaging lessons in line with the UK curriculum
Support pupils with varying abilities, including SEND and SEMH needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and schools
Monitor and report on student progress

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UK teaching or tutoring experience
Good understanding of the UK curriculum
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Reliable, patient, and professional approach

Desirable

QTS or relevant teaching qualification
Experience working with SEN/SEND students
Background in alternative provision or outreach tuition
