1:1 Tutor – Kettering Area

We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate 1:1 Tutors to support pupils across the Kettering area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored educational support to young people who require additional assistance to achieve their academic goals.

The Role

As a 1:1 Tutor, you will:

• Deliver personalised tuition sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils in improving their confidence, engagement, and academic achievement.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching approaches to suit different abilities and learning styles.
• Monitor and record pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other professionals to support positive outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support.
• Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
