Job Duties:
- Provide English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to each student's needs
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at Key Stage 3 level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 English and Maths curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Proficiency in using various teaching strategies and resources
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work in a learners home or local library
- Travel to student's homes and other locations for outreach tutoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
