Salary:
£25 - £30 per hour
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students in various subjects
- Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' learning needs
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated on educational best practises and subject matter knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Must be qualified teacher
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong subject knowledge in the areas being tutored
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months experience in tutoring or teaching role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Proficiency in using educational technology
- Organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in teaching approaches
- excellent relationship builder
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in an educational institution or private tutoring environment
- May require travel to student's homes or other locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
