As a Recruitment Resourcer you will help teachers and classroom support staff find roles in local schools. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating quality marketing and advertising
- Advertising open vacancies online, sourcing new teachers and support staff
- Contacting registered candidates regarding new vacancies/work
- Conducting pre-registration calls to asses suitability for work in schools
- Arranging interviews with candidates, obtaining reference details and documents
- Completing administrative tasks such as; document scanning, reference chasing
- Attending job fairs at local colleges, universities and other recruitment events
- Providing general recruitment support to a team of consultants, vacancy support
Working as an Education Recruitment Resourcer is challenging and hard work. The purpose of a Resourcer is to provide on-going support to the teams. You will need to have strong written skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Daily, you will speak to candidates and clients for inbound calls, taking information regarding candidate availability, references and other vetting requirements. Full training and support will be given to develop your knowledge of Education Recruitment, if you are looking for an entry level job but have ambitions to become a Recruitment Consultant in the future, we welcome your application. Part of the role is to visit schools across your local region so a full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will also be essential if you are interested in a position here.
